Posting rules
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Every new ad is reviewed before it goes live, usually within 30 minutes. Ads that follow these rules go live faster. Ads that don't are sent back with the reason, or removed.
What you can sell
- Used or new phones, tablets, smartwatches and accessories that you own.
- One device per ad. List each device separately; accessories can be included with the device.
What you can't sell
- Stolen, lost or blocked devices, or devices that are still on instalments or a contract.
- Counterfeit, copy or "master copy" devices, or devices with a changed IMEI.
- Devices that are not yours to sell, or that you don't have yet.
- Anything that isn't a device or accessory: services, repairs, jobs, SIM cards, accounts or wanted ads.
Device details
- Choose the exact brand, model and storage.
- Give the real condition and mention every fault, repair or replaced part.
- For phones, enter the IMEI (dial *#06# to find it) and the correct PTA status. The IMEI is never shown publicly. A device can only have one live ad at a time.
Photos
- Use real photos of the device you are selling, taken by you. No stock photos, screenshots or photos from other ads.
- Show the front, back and sides and any damage. Follow the shot list in the app.
- No phone numbers, watermarks, links or other text on photos. No people's faces.
Price, title and description
- Enter the real price you will accept for the device, in rupees. No "Rs 1", fake prices or prices for a different item.
- Keep the title about the device. No capital letters throughout, emojis or keyword stuffing.
- Don't put phone numbers, links or social media handles in the title or description. Buyers contact you through the app.
- Don't ask for advance payments or deposits.
Location
- Choose the city and area where the device can be seen. Ads only show an approximate area, never your exact location.
After your ad is live
- Price and text changes go live straight away. New photos are reviewed first.
- Ads stay live for 30 days. You can renew them for free once every 7 days.
- Mark the ad as sold when the device has gone, so buyers stop messaging you and you can review each other.
- Don't delete and re-post the same ad to push it to the top.
These rules are part of our Terms of Use. Accounts that keep breaking them may be suspended.
